MODULUX FS Development plans cultural events, performances and exhibitions, produces timber stands and stage elements, and works with venues and premises — from the first sketch to the last day on site.
01 About us
MODULUX FS DEVELOPMENT is a Polish general partnership based in Zduny. We work at the point where creative programmes meet physical space.
We organise and support cultural events, performances, exhibitions and trade-show appearances. The practical side — layouts, structures, schedules, suppliers and venues — is where we spend most of our attention.
Alongside event work, our registered activities include the production of wood, cork, straw and plaiting products and real-estate services. That lets us build timber elements and think about premises as part of a project, rather than treating them as separate problems.
A good event is the sum of many small decisions, made well before the doors open.
02 Services
From a single exhibition stand to a full cultural programme, we plan, build and run the practical side of creative projects. Services can be commissioned together or one at a time.
The core of what we do. We take an event from first brief to final tidy-up: concept, schedule, suppliers, layout and on-site coordination for private, corporate and public occasions.
Festivals, community gatherings, seasonal celebrations and local cultural programmes, planned around the venue, the audience and the calendar.
Practical support for theatre, music and dance productions: stage and set elements, layout planning and coordination between performers, technicians and venues.
Exhibitions, installations and artist-led projects. We design and produce display structures and timber elements that present the work without competing with it.
Modular stands, floor plans and display elements for conventions, fairs and showrooms — produced in timber and other natural materials, and designed to be assembled again.
Leisure and recreation programmes for public, corporate and family occasions, organised with attention to flow, comfort and access.
03 Our approach
Creative projects go better when the practical side is calm. This is how we try to make that happen.
We start with a written scope, a schedule and a list of responsibilities, so everyone knows what happens, when, and who handles it.
Full-service delivery, a single timber stand, or support alongside your own team — we adapt the format to the project, not the other way round.
Ideas are developed with materials, space and budget in mind, so concepts stay buildable. Timber production keeps the creative side grounded.
Floor plans, sightlines, finishes, signage, logistics: small decisions shape how an event feels, so we check them before the doors open.
